Rates are transcribed from Amazon's public fee-schedule pages and archived copies; they may differ from the rates in your own Associates account. Always confirm in Associates Central before relying on a rate.
Where the numbers come from
- Current rates: fetched directly from each marketplace's public Associates fee schedule (
/help/node/topic/GRXPHT8U84RAYDXZ) on 2026-10-24. We read the native-language page because some English-language variants lag behind. - History: transcribed from Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) copies of the same pages. A change is dated by the first snapshot that shows it; the previous snapshot date is shown too.
- Category matching: Amazon names categories differently in each country and language. We map each label to a common category so rates can be compared; the original label is always shown.
- Policy changes: only listed with a citation; secondary sources are labelled as such.
- Alternatives: rates come from brand affiliate pages or the public AvantLink program directory, checked 2026-10-24. Unknown fields are left blank.
Limits
- Your own account may have a custom rate card that differs from the public table.
- Archived snapshots are irregular, so some changes are dated within a range of several months.
- Some marketplaces have no transcribed history yet; their change log starts with our first capture.
